Renovation


The location we currently occupy is adjacent to the intersection of I-70 and Highway 94 (First Capital Drive). It is an older building that is in need of significant repair. OASIS moved here in 1998 and occupied only a portion of the property. We have grown as our space requirements have increased and as other tenants have left until we now are the only tenant remaining.

At the September 8, 2008, Board of Directors Meeting, the OASIS Board approved a lease agreement with commitment to purchase within three years, our current property on Boonslick.

If we are unable to purchase the property by August 1, 2011,we will default and the current owner gets the $5,000 earnest money, plus the escrow (up to $16,025) and the improved property returned to him. We have less than 3 years to raise approximately $370,000 that will be required to obtain a loan to purchase the property.

The front building is currently being renovated to become our new Thrift Store. We have been blessed with the following generous individuals and companies helping us with this construction:
