Volunteer as a Sponsor for the
Pub Crawl

Thank you for volunteering for the November 5th Pub Crawl by committing to provide

• one drink (may be non-alcoholic)
• for each OASIS Pub Crawl participant*
• between the hours of 11AM and 5PM
• on Saturday, November 5th
• at your establishment

The purpose of the pub crawl is to raise $6000+ for the "Holiday Shop", a special event hosted each December by the St. Charles OASIS Food Pantry. OASIS serves over 400 local families per month by providing food and hygiene items.

This "Holiday Shop" provides an opportunity for OASIS clients to select 2-3 new toys for each child in their family free of charge. Your establishment's support will do much to make the holidays a little brighter for your neighbors within the community.

* The anticipated attendance is 400 individuals separated into manageable teams. Each team will spend approximately 45 minutes at each of the participating pubs on Main Street.

OASIS will gladly provide a letter validating your support that can be used for tax purposes. Thanks again for your time and consideration.
